Drivenworx offers automotive fabrication and repair services at our physical location. The prices below apply under the conditions described for each service. Please contact us before bringing in a vehicle or component so we can confirm the scope of work and schedule your service.
FD–Spec Roll Cage Welding - $1,000
Welding of a customer-supplied, pre-notched roll cage in a vehicle that has already been fully stripped and prepared for installation.
The $1,000 price applies when:
- The cage is completely pre-notched and ready to weld
- The vehicle is fully stripped in all necessary work areas
- No significant fitting, fabrication, or repair work is required
Drivenworx does not currently offer notching or complete cage fabrication. If the vehicle is not sufficiently stripped when delivered, additional labor charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for confirming that their cage design and supplied components meet all current requirements.
We highly recommend sourcing roll cages from quality suppliers, like cagekits.com and rollcagecomponents.com
Differential Welding - $100
Welding of a differential that has already been removed from the vehicle and brought to us ready for service.
Additional charges may apply if:
- We are responsible for removing and reinstalling the differential
- The differential must be welded while it remains installed in the vehicle
- We are receiving more than just the pumpkin (e.g. an entire rear axle assembly)
Please contact us with the vehicle and differential information for pricing if it will not be supplied already removed.
Service does not come with replacement differential fluid, that is an additional charge dependent on fluid type and capacity if the customer chooses to have us refill the differential.
BMW E36/E46 Rear Subframe Reinforcement - $1,100
Reinforcement of the rear subframe mounting areas on BMW E36 and E46 chassis.
Available options:
- OEM-style subframe bushing replacement: add $380
- Revshift subframe bushing upgrade or replacement: add $500 instead of the $380 OEM-bushing option
- RTAB pocket reinforcement: add $350
The listed price assumes that the chassis mounting points are in repairable condition and have not already suffered major structural damage. Additional charges may apply if inspection reveals severe cracks, torn mounting points, previous failed repairs, or other damage requiring reconstruction. For more complete reinforcement, like adding shock tower to subframe braces, RACP braces, etc, please call or send us a message.
BMW E46 Complete Cooling System Overhaul
A comprehensive cooling system service intended to address the common age-related failure points in the BMW E46 cooling system. This service replaces every coolant hose, every heater core hose, water pump, thermostat, radiator, etc.
- Manual transmission models: $925
- Automatic transmission models: $1,125
Available changes and upgrades:
- Stewart metal-impeller water pump upgrade: add $150
- Heater-core delete: subtract $45
- Clutch fan and fan blade for manual transmission models: add $220
- Add stock-style pusher fan to manual transmission models: add $315
The automatic transmission service includes replacement of the clutch fan and fan blade. Electric fan replacement is not included in the standard service price.
Unless otherwise-stated, all service prices listed above include parts and labor. The prices above do not include sales tax, sales tax will be added where applicable.
